Let’s review together your eating habits .. but first, let’s understand what are
habits and why we do it …

Habit
Is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that
is hard to give up.

The Habit Loop is a neurological loop that governs any habit.

The habit loop consists of three elements: a cue, a routine,
and a reward. Understanding these elements can help
understanding how to change a bad habits for a good one.

In simple Words

Cue is a trigger that tells you brain to go into automatic mode
and which habit to use also the event that starts the habit

The cue can be emotion or actions caused by anxiety, mood,
stress, hunger, time, etc.

Routine is the action you take, the behavior that you perform,
the habit itself

Routine can be bruising your teeth, eating a cookie, drinking
coffee in the morning, cleaning the house, eat a dessert after
dinner, doing a good job at work, etc. you get my point

A reward is a benefit that is associated with the behavior

Reward you eat the chocolate you feel good, you did your hair
you feel beautiful, you turn the report at work you know you
will get the promotion.

Notes:
By learning to observe the CUE and REWARDS, though, we
can change the ROUTINE

CRAVING doesn’t have complete authority over us
To Change and Old HABIT you must address and OLD

CRAVING
Rather, to change a habit, you must keep the old CUE, and
deliver the old REWARD, but INSERT a new ROUTINE
To Change and old HABIT you must address and old

CRAVING

Ok Now let’s talk about your Eating HABITS

Eating out: CUE I don’t have time to fix my lunch today I
know I can get a cheeseburger at Burger King at Lunch The

ROUTINE … at noon you walk the street and get your cheese
burger REWARD it tastes so GOOD, and I am satisfied.

The first thing you need to do is STOP with the EXCUSES and
make your self some lunches so you can STOP eating fast food.
